Prescriptions via ManageMyHealth

You can now request a repeat prescription via ManageMyHealth, which is another way we’re making it easier for you to keep healthy.

When requesting a repeat prescription via ManageMyHealth you’ll be able to select the medications which your GP has marked as being long-term. If you want to request a medication that isn’t available, include this in the notes section for your GP to read.

Repeat prescriptions requested via ManageMyHealth still use the same terms as our other prescription request methods. If you need a prescription urgently please ring us directly on 04 920 8850 rather than using the time-frame options within ManageMyHealth. Urgent prescriptions and faxed prescriptions both incur an additional $5 charge. Non-urgent prescriptions are available within 2 business days, normally by 3pm on the following day.

When requesting a repeat prescription via ManageMyHealth, be sure to select your GP as the recipient so that it goes directly to your GP. We’ll make sure that your prescription is processed even if your GP is away.

If you have any questions, give us a call on 04 920 8850 and we’ll be happy to help.
